Minimums vary by product. Polos and quarter zips start at 50 units, hats and coolers at 100, and gloves at 200. For mixed orders or custom items, reach out — we can often work with you on smaller quantities.
It covers all design work — concepts, mockups, and revisions until you're happy. Once you place an order, the $100 is either refunded or deducted from your final total. If you choose not to proceed, the fee covers our time spent designing.
Yes — submit your inquiry without it and we'll follow up. We can also help refine an existing logo or create one as part of the design process. Just describe your needs in the notes section.
Vector formats are ideal — AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work for most applications. If you only have a low-resolution version, send what you have and we'll let you know if we need anything else.
We ship across Canada and the US as standard. For international orders, contact us first — we can quote shipping based on your destination and order size.
